What exactly does a CNC tooling plant do?

CNC moulds are in fact the use of CNC milling machines, CNC lathes and CNC discharge machines instead of traditional milling machines, lathes, discharge machines and other processing equipment to manufacture moulds.

Moulds are various moulds and tools used in industrial production to get the required products by injection, blow moulding, extrusion, die casting or forging forming, smelting, stamping, stretching and other methods.

In short, a mould is a tool used to shape an object, and this tool is made up of various parts, different moulds being made up of different parts. It is mainly used to process the shape of an object by changing the physical state of the material being moulded.

The most common applications in reality are injection moulding and stamping.

Injection moulding is the process of making a metal shell and filling it with plastic, and a plastic decoration is created.

Stamping is the process of making two concave and convex moulds and placing a metal sheet between them and pressing it through the two moulds to form various shapes.
